Dr. John Kasmersky, Dr. Tom Hauk and the Broadway Animal Hospital have enjoyed a long history of supporting a wide variety of animal-related not-for-profit organizations in the Chicago area. Not only have pro bono veterinary services been contributed, Broadway Animal Hospital has provided employment opportunities for the residents of Misericordia for over 15 years. Dr. Kasmersky served many years on the Board of Directors of local animal-assisted therapy organization during which time he and his beloved golden retriever, JJ, were therapy team members at a residential drug rehabilitation facility for young adults. Dr. Hauk volunteered his services for PAWS Chicago. Attuned to the multi-faceted needs of the pet community, Broadway Animal Hospital remains dedicated to providing a broad spectrum of support to these worthy organizations.
